Further to recent communications regarding the Exceptional Circumstances Surcharge, introduced in response to the ongoing developments in the Middle East, we have recently reviewed the surcharge and are writing to advise that it will be revised on 22 June 2026.

What is changing?

For all shipments with an Air Waybill (AWB) execution date on or after 22 June 2026, the Exceptional Circumstances Surcharge will be reduced to £0.21 per kg

The surcharge will continue to be calculated based on actual weight.

This adjustment reflects changes in the current operating environment and helps ensure the continued reliability of our global network.

We will continue to monitor operating conditions and review the surcharge levels as appropriate.
